On 18 March 2026, Leo brought together over 180 participants at the 4th Green Supply Chain Summit under the theme "Driving Environmental Performance, Shaping a Sustainable Supply Chain Ecosystem", to explore how sustainability drives supply chain competitiveness.
In the opening address, our Group Chairman, Mr. Samuel Leung noted that carbon neutrality, green trade, and ESG are now essential to long-term growth. Guided by the principle of "Quality-oriented Enterprise, Technology-driven Enterprise", we continue to integrate environmental considerations into product design, manufacturing and supply chain management - strengthening a resilient, forward-looking green system.
Representatives from key customer, certification body, green technology consultancy, and our Procurement and Supply Management Department shared insights on market trends, international standards, technology applications, and operational practices. Discussions focused on establishing clear decarbonization strategies, advancing energy transition, and embedding sustainability into supply chain strategy - transforming environmental performance into shared competitive advantage through cross-partner collaboration.
During the interactive Q&A session, Mr. Samuel Leung and senior management engaged with suppliers on implementation challenges and collaboration opportunities. We also presented awards to supplier partners demonstrating outstanding performance in green supply chain practices.
In the closing remarks, our Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Director, Mr. King Lai reaffirmed that Leo is progressively adding "E (Environment)" to the traditional QCD framework (Quality, Cost, Delivery) as a core evaluation criterion. He highlighted the systematic incorporation of environmental KPIs - covering carbon, water, and hazardous waste - into core operations and performance management, which cover both China and Vietnam factories.
The Summit concluded with a tree-planting activity, symbolizing our commitment to driving green transformation with our supply chain partners. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on green quality, green technology, and green supply chains.
