We were accredited with the China Compulsory Certification (more commonly known as CCC or 3C Certification) by the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) in August, 2016 under the category of casebound books including static plastic toy elements. Obtaining this 3C Certification authorizes us to print a CCC-mark on accredited products. This helps support our clients’ business development in the China market.
After entering the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001, the Chinese Government established a new and independent product certification system to pursue the principle of free trade. The 3C Certification, comparable to the European CE Certification, aims to ensure human, animal and plant safety, environmental protection and state security. All the products listed in the Catalogue of Mandatory Products are subject to certification.
The two most important elements of 3C Certification are product testing and factory audits. The 3C Certification, certifies that our products comply with the GB 6675 national toy safety requirements (which is matched with the ISO 8124 international toy safety requirements, Reach and RoHS standards). Once the certification is obtained, it is valid for several years but must be maintained through annual follow-up audits.
