The certification demonstrates our capability and professionalism for conducting products and materials testing, industrial calibration, inspections and technical consultations on par with international and national standards, providing total on-stop solutions to our clients, as well as to supply chains in different industries as an independent third-party technical service organization.

Adhering to this standard means improved safety, validity and quality of all products, which ensures that our services meet the expectations of consumers with respect to these three aspects.

Compulsory Product Certification is a product conformity assessment system for protecting consumers' personal safety and national security, enhancing product quality management, and which was implemented by the China government in accordance with the laws and regulations. The certification indicates that our products (the specific products within the scope of this certification) conform to the national standards and the technical regulations.

Independent third-party inspection organizations which passed this accreditation can be on the official checklist of the China accredited laboratories, and allowed to use the CMA chapter on their inspection reports. The inspection report with CMA chapter, which has the legal effect to ensure the accuracy and impartiality of the test data, serves the purposes for the evaluation of product quality and the judicial appraisal.

This program helps clients assess their suppliers through the performance assessments in the eight key areas including Management Commitment and Continual Improvement, Risk Management, Quality Management Systems, Sites and Facilities Management, Product Control, Product Testing, Process Control, Personnel Training and Competency in order to ensure the continued quality of products supplied.

In December 2008 we became the first organization in China to gain PSO (Process Standard Offset) certification, which was awarded by Ugra, the Swiss Center of Competence for Media and Printing Technology. This certification means that our printing processes and products are fully compliant with PSO and ISO12647-2:2007 printing standards.

Leo was accredited as a certified Mellow Color Proficient Printer on March 28, 2014, which means we are capable of producing consistent standardized color appearance conforming to the ISO 12647 Specification and producing work 100% in compliance with the tight targets and tolerances of the Mellow Color Quality management system.

In April 2010 Leo achieved the level of G7 Master Qualification. G7 is a color management method for calibration of gray balance. This certification means that our print production has achieved the level of G7 Master Qualification with Colorspace compliance.

As a responsible corporate citizen, this certification provides a basis at corporate level to consistently, accurately, and scientifically measure our greenhouse gas emissions and removals. It lays the foundations for our carbon reduction and carbon offset initiatives.

The FSC™ certification authorizes Leo to produce FSC™ products and it represents our concerns for sustainable development in the forest industry. Leo's high level of environmental management was recognized and rewarded with certification by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council. This indicates that we have not only identified environmental factors in our business operational process but given them effective control and inspection.

The China Environmental Labelling Products Certification recognizes Leo's capabilities in green manufacturing. We can apply it's logo on our print products under the certified product categories of board books, casebound books and perfect bound books that production techniques meet national environmental standards and green printing industry requirements in China.

Leo has been certified that not only do we operate our business morally and ethically, but we protect our employees' health and safety, and we place a important emphasis on environmental protection.

This certification indicates that we have officially upgraded to become Customs Advanced Certified Enterprise from AA Certified Enterprise. As an AEO (Authorized Economic Operator, which the World Customs Organization defined: "AEO can participate in the international circulation of goods in any way , and recognized by the customs that has comply with the world customs organization or the corresponding supply chain safety standards."), we can enjoy the customs clearance facilitation from national or regional customs which has achieved the AEO mutual recognition with China, further enhance the international competitiveness of export products.
