Mr. Michael Leung, Managing Director of Leo Paper Products Ltd., and Mr. David Leung, Operations Director of Heshan (Manufacturing Base) will be retiring from Leo starting January 1, 2012. They both have been working with Leo for over 17 years. We are honored to retain them as our non-executive directors afterwards.
To express our gratitude for their contributions and to express our warmest wishes for this new chapter of their lives, Leo hosted a farewell party on the evening of September 30, 2011. All Leonians joined in to celebrate this memorable occasion. Following that date each began a three month holiday.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kelly Fok as the Managing Director of Leo Paper Products Ltd. and Mr. Henry Tang as the Operations Director of Heshan (manufacturing base) effective January 1, 2012. During the
period of October 1 to December 31, 2011, they are serving as the Acting Managing Director and Acting Operations Director. Mr. Kelly Fok is currently assisted by Mr. Alvin Lai, our General Manager of Leo Paper Products Ltd. to ensure continued quality customer service and operations. They continue to lead Leo to an even brighter future.
