Leo participated in the EcoVadis Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Performance Assessment Program. This year we were excited to achieve the Gold Recognition Level again in the second consecutive year. This assures our continuous efforts and performances on CSR over the years.
According to the assessment benchmark, only the top 5% of participating suppliers worldwide were recognized with the Gold Recognition Level.
There are around 120 multi-national companies that have been using the EcoVadis platform to assess their global suppliers since its founding in 2007. This program is based on the CSR performance factors including environment, labor practices, fair business practices, and sustainable procurement for assessment. It is built on international CSR standards including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000. By developing reliable, global and easy to use CSR Ratings, this helps organizations manage risks and foster eco-innovations.
