In the past decade, the overall system has seen the implementation of a number of supplementary systems, also certified to international standards, which run through every aspect of our business. These systems have not only set the levels for our management excellence, they have also driven us on our journey of continuous improvement and facilitated our ongoing and sustainable development.

Leo is certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management, British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standards for Consumer Products, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling Management, and ISO 10012 Measurement Management.
Environmental Management
Our corporate five-ten-year environmental performance policy is in place to guarantee greener living and working environments for future generations. We operate in an environmentally sustainable manner in order to fulfill greater societal needs and support future development.
We adhere to the 5R principles: Replace, Reduce, Reuse, Renew and Recycle. Some of the key initiatives that guarantee our environmental performance include pollution prevention and reduction; waste reduction and reuse; introduction of green products, such as products printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified and Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) paper; continual substitution of environmentally burdensome materials with environmentally friendly ones; research, development, and adoption of environmentally-friendly techniques, equipments, and production- as well as energy recycling and saving.

Leo is certified to ISO 14001 Environmental Management, Forest Stewardship Council-Chain of Custody (FSC-COC), Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes-Chain of Custody (PEFC-COC) and Hong Kong Green Mark Certification Scheme.
Our implementation of ISO 14064 standards which provides a complete approach to the reporting of carbon or greenhouse gas emissions, will provide the basis of our carbon reduction targets.

Information Security Management
We have implement an information security management system that features a range of leading security controls in accordance with international best practices.
The management system also builds a culture of security competence, raising awareness of employees and contractors to incorporate security concerns into daily operations, in order to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data for Leo clients
Leo is certified to ISO 27001 Information Security Management.
C-TPAT/Security Management
We fulfill the standards of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) that is being adopted by a number of multinational corporations. Leo implements a set of security control measures that satisfies our client's needs when shipping products to the United States. In 2008, we were certified to Global Security Verification (GSV), resulting in greater import assurance for our clients around the world.
Other
To fulfill our corporate mission of excellence we have adopted the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) model to improve our processes for information system development. We believe that this will facilitate the communication of information between ourselves and our clients.
This model will help us to manage and improve the software development process, enhance development capacity and produce high quality information systems on time and within budget.
